Per 5 - I read what the students wrote in response to the prompt on Tuesday into Google Docs and produced exercises where I returned to them their own words with linking opportunities gapped, and many of the students completed these with connectors chosen from a list at the top of the page. Many also wrote more as suggested. I corrected these and gave them to Nery to be returned to the students on Sunday March 12

The students wanted to watch the end of a movie they had seen the start of already.
It was about a plane that left Singapore and ran into bad weather, and disappeared trying to fly over a storm.

There was a discussion of class protocol between my students and visitors to my class
The majority of students had failed the writing portion of the final exam.
I tried to show the students how they could improve that by using what they have learned about relative pronouns to include at least one complex sentence in their compositions.
I attempted to show them of these documents (the projector failed incessantly, causing disruption to the presentation)
One student completed the work, and in the version of the assignment above, I included her work as a sample
Later I produced a video to explain in 10 min what I was trying to do
