Dear Sir / Madam,
My name is Dot Dotdot, and I have been working for British Airways as an air hostess for the past 7 years. I have experienced 1000 flights already. I am writing to complain about how my working conditions are becoming worse, and I want to make some suggestions for improvement.
First I want to tell you about the problems we are having with working conditions. We work for very long hours without break and without enough cabin crew to help us in this work. Also we are working these long hours at low salaries and without benefits that other airlines give their employees. The passengers do not respect us and are angry with us all the time.
I have some suggestions that will help us to improve the situation. I think you should hire more workers to help us do our jobs properly on the flights and increase the salary and benefits. For example, you should give your employees free tickets and improve the quality of hotels we stay in at our destinations.
I like my job, so I hope you will help us solve the problems that we are having by improving our working conditions. Thank you for reading this letter.
Sincerely,
Complete the worksheet and submit it to the teacher
